I’m Blair. Born and raised in South Louisiana. I’m a wife, mother of two, and registered nurse. I’m a  deeply rooted Cajun with a bit of an eclectic palate. Little bit of this and a little bit of that. Cooking is my therapy. It feels natural. It feels right. It’s my creative outlet that keeps me sane, well mostly sane… Around here, to love someone is to feed them! I learned to cook from family, my mother in law, and lots of folks from our hunting camp.
